HOW TO TAKE MEASURES

Vija Design garments are regular sizing to make sure you will wear them again and again for a long time. Choose your usual size or measure yourself and compare with size chart.

You will find the standard measurement in the size chart included in the product description. Simply click on "Size chart". If in doubt, read the technical and fit details of product description.

In underwear, find the fuller point of chest and hips and smaller point of waist just by sliding your tape measure on your body. Do not overtighten. The most important measure for the purchase of a top will be the chest measurement (A), especially for skin to skin clothing. Second most important is the hip measurement (C). Regarding the waist (B), it's OK if it is few inches more than standard measurements, most garments. For skin-to-skin clothing, which prevents the baby from slipping down, when trying on: note that outside of the garment may be a little loose but the inner band at waist must absolutely be fitted to the body **.

FOR MEN

In underwear, find the fuller point of chest (A) and smaller point of waist  (B) just by sliding your measurement tape on your body. Do not overtighten. The most important measure for the purchase of a top will be the chest measurement (A), especially for skin to skin clothing. Second most important is the waist/belt measurement (C). Regarding the waist (B), it's OK if it is few inches more than standard measurements, for most garments. For skin-to-skin clothing, which prevents the baby from slipping down, when trying on: note that outside of the garment may be a little loose but the inner band at waist must absolutely be fitted to the body **.

** For skin-to-skin clothing, in the [rare] case that garment is perfect fit but inner support band does not stick to the waist sufficiently, it is possible to simply (and easily) shrink this band at the waist level. Click here to find out how.
